How does DT Max handle the calculation of the British Columbia tax at the higher rate (Schedule 427) for the period after December 31,
2011?
The program's higher rate of 12% is incorrect. In effect, further to the repealing of the harmonized sales tax (HST) in British Columbia,
the previously planned higher rate of 12% has been cancelled and remains at 10%.
As a workaround, right-click on Line M of Schedule 427, select "Override this field" and enter the correct amount.
